All prices displayed on the Store are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping and delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are shown clearly before you finalize your transaction.

Payments are securely processed via Ozow. By choosing Ozow at checkout, you will be redirected to complete a secure, automated bank-to-bank transfer via your internet banking app. The Store does not access, collect, or store your internet banking credentials or passwords. 3. ECTA Cooling-Off Period (7-Day Return Right)
In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you are entitled to cancel any purchase made on the Store within 7 days after the date you receive the goods.

4. Quality of Goods & CPA Limited Warranty

Brand New Condition: All items sold by us are brand new and sourced directly from reputable suppliers. We ensure that all products are in pristine, working condition and are fully functional at the time of dispatch.

Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Warranty: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), all products sold on the Store come with an implied warranty of quality. Should any product be found to be defective, unsafe, or unsuitable for the purpose for which it was generally intended within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to return the product for repair, replacement, or a refund, provided the defect was not caused by misuse or abuse of the product.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty strictly excludes:

• Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised repairs, or physical alteration of the product.

• Damage caused by electrical surges, water damage, or improper handling (e.g., incorrect insertion of charging cables or excessive force applied to audio jacks/ports).

• Ordinary wear-and-tear that occurs naturally through the expected, regular use of electronic accessories over time.

• Battery degradation resulting from standard usage cycles.

Defective Returns Process: If you believe you have received a defective product, please notify us immediately via our official contact email with a description of the issue and accompanying photographic or video evidence. We reserve the right to inspect returned items to verify the nature of the defect before processing a repair, replacement, or refund

5. Privacy and POPI Act Compliance
Pods n Plugs is the responsible party for processing your personal data through Shopify under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We only collect and process personal data (such as your name, contact details, and shipping address) strictly required to fulfil your order and handle customer service. 6. Governing Law & Domicilium
This website, its legal notices, and all transactions concluded on the Store are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The Company chooses its registered physical address (stated in Section 1 above) as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all legal purposes, notices, or formal court processes.
